How do I book?
Pick your dates on the listing page and press Book. With instant booking you are confirmed right away; otherwise the host replies within 24 hours.
How do I cancel, and will I get a refund?
Cancel from the trip page. The refund follows the listing cancellation policy, shown before booking. If the host cancels, you get everything back.
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged at the booking step. Payment methods arrive together with the payment provider.
Why are phone numbers hidden in chat?
Contacts are masked until a booking is confirmed, which protects both sides. They open up afterwards.
Who sees my documents?
Only you and the reviewing moderator. They live in private storage and a link without your session is useless.
When will my review appear?
Both sides are revealed at once: after the second review or after 14 days. Nobody tailors their review to somebody else's.
