What we collect. Name and email at sign-up; trip dates, messages with the partner and booking history as you use the service; identity documents only where a partner or local law requires them. How documents are stored. Documents and chat attachments live in private storage and are never published. A link copied from the browser is useless without the owner's active session. Document numbers are encrypted at rest, with the key stored separately. Messaging and translation. Messages are machine-translated into the recipient's language; the original is always kept and available. Contacts are masked until a booking is confirmed. This is a preliminary document and will be replaced by a lawyer's version.
