Public Offer

This document is an offer to enter into a booking services agreement on the terms below. Subject. Bounty provides access to a platform where partners list properties and guests book them. The agreement for the stay or service itself is between the guest and the partner. Price and commission. The guest sees the final amount before confirming a booking, itemised, including fees. The service commission is withheld from the partner payout and does not change the guest's total. Acceptance. Placing a booking constitutes acceptance of this offer and of the Terms of Service. This is a preliminary document and will be replaced by a lawyer's version.
