Long-term rental: how it works

What it is

A rental by the month ends not with a payment but with a contract between you and the host. The service brings the sides together, holds the home for the whole term and keeps the signed document.

1. You send a request — no money moves
2. You agree the dates and a viewing in chat
3. The host confirms; you hand the deposit to them directly
4. The host attaches the contract
5. You sign — you have seven days for it
6. You move in — from here it is between you and the host

Money

No money for this contract goes through the service. The deposit, the rent and the utilities you hand to the host directly — the service neither receives nor withholds them.
